Psalm 54:1-4

54 Save me, O God, by Your name,
And vindicate me by Your strength. 

2 Hear my prayer, O God;
Give ear to the words of my mouth.
3 For strangers have risen up against me,
And oppressors have sought after my life;
They have not set God before them. Selah

4 Behold, God is my helper;
The Lord is with those who uphold my life.

DEVOTION

When attacked, David cried to God…when he was hopeless, he remembered that his creator is a God of impossibilities, as in there is nothing he can’t do……
David cried to God to be saved and freed (verse 1). David knew that his enemies are powerful, and they are trying to attack and kill him (verse 3). Brethren are you scared of any condition in life? Do you feel attacked by more powerful enemies/situations/sickness/worries/misery……….? Do you see no way? Do you feel discouraged/burdened/heavy laden/ tired/weak...? your hope/strength/courage/cure/healer/protector/fighter/defender………is here, just remember and believe that God can do/save you in any case.

Be with courage/faith as did David, for he knew that his God will never fail, his God will never let him suffer, his God will help him, will fight/defend/protect him. (verse 4). Our God is never failing, and he will punish your enemies, he will punish those people who turned against you…. stay encouraged/strong/brave/faithful. He is indeed faithful and will destroy any kind of condition/sickness/misery/worry……that come your way. Amen
